Great assessment book

As a seasoned nursing student I have to say this book is well written. When I first started nursing school I thought it would be difficult to learn the lingo but after getting this book (in my first semester) I knew that it would be too difficult at all. It's very easy to read and understand. The skill set are well outlined and easy to follow. I would recommend this book to anyone.

A favorite addition, a must have!

I wish our school would have required this book instead of the instructional videos or at least in addition to.......it really is helpful with the skills part of the course. If you are one to make notecards...you will want this. It is written in steps per skill like one would do on a notecard. Well worth it!!!
